Polêmica Paraíba listed it, on January 20, 2024, among the season's summer openings, on Avenida Argemiro de Figueiredo, with "Iberian gastronomy" and mixology. On March 27, 2026, Paraíba Business described the venue's cuisine, led by chef Ricardo Brindeiro, as Iberian-based, with Portuguese and Spanish references, open to the Mediterranean and to regional elements.

According to the same report, the main draw is the view of the city's bay, which the chef considers unmatched among competitors. The article also cites private and corporate events as part of the operation, which helps explain the format: a hotel restaurant, aimed at those seeking a setting as much as a menu.

The Mediterranean strand also appears at Al'Mar Cucina, on Avenida Cabo Branco, which Polêmica Paraíba presented on February 28, 2025 among the capital's new restaurants.
