Destino João Pessoa was born from a simple observation: someone living in another state cannot visit, compare and check the documents of an oceanfront property without a trusted person in the city.

How we work

We bring together in a single service the three roles that are usually separate: the legal review of the purchase, the market value appraisal and the brokerage. That means the same team that finds the property also checks the documents and estimates whether the asking price makes sense.

The service is delivered remotely, with in-person visits carried out by our team in João Pessoa and recorded in photos and videos. You follow every step without traveling blind.
