Setai Houses Resort — property in Intermares

Setai Houses Resort is a luxury gated community in Intermares, inspired by the best resorts and 5-star hotels in the world. The project offers exclusive houses with 4 suites, customizable finishes by João Armentano, private pool, and gourmet space, ensuring maximum comfort and sophistication for its residents.

With an unprecedented structure, the development features four leisure islands and over 30 sports modalities. A major highlight is the Sunset Tower, a six-story leisure tower that integrates gastronomy, wellness, coworking, and entertainment.

The landscaping by Alex Hanazaki complements the experience, creating a true natural refuge. The project utilizes sustainable technologies and microclimatic afforestation to ensure beauty and thermal comfort throughout all seasons of the year.
