Acqua Living — 2 to 4 suite apartments in Jardim Oceania, João Pessoa

Acqua Living is one of the most complete new developments in Jardim Oceania, João Pessoa, built just a few steps from the beach in one of the most sought-after stretches of the coast. The neighborhood combines the quiet residential feel that buyers from other states look for with everyday convenience: bakeries, supermarkets, schools, gyms and restaurants within walking distance, plus quick access to Manaíra, Bessa and Presidente Castro Pinto Airport.

The building offers 25 apartment layouts, which is rare in a single project and lets you pick the right floor plan for your moment: from compact 66.68 m² two-bedroom units, ideal as a second home, seasonal use or a rental investment, up to 328.72 m² homes with 4 suites, designed for families relocating for good. Every layout includes a gourmet balcony, the most used space in João Pessoa's climate, where sunshine and sea breeze last all year.

On the top floors are the penthouses with private outdoor areas, including their own pool and gourmet space — a house in the sky with open views of the neighborhood and the ocean, without giving up the security and convenience of condominium living.

The shared areas are designed to cover the whole routine at home: adult pool, walkway, lounge, barbecue terrace, gourmet space, barbecue grill, party hall, games room, playroom, playground, small square, gym, coworking and a mini soccer field. The coworking space matters for remote workers moving from another state, since it keeps work running from day one. The building has four social elevators, avoiding queues at peak hours.

Launched in 2023, the development is scheduled for delivery in December 2027, with prices from R$ 2,277,340.04. As always during construction, the best floor plans and floors sell first: if you live in another state, we visit the sales stand, film the available units, check the current price list and handle the whole negotiation so you never have to travel blind.
