In Bessa and Jardim Oceania, recent guides point to fish restaurants, a rooftop with a view and an open-air mall.

The stretch of Bessa and Jardim Oceania, at the far north end of João Pessoa's urban waterfront, has fewer restaurants mentioned in the guides than Manaíra or Tambaú. In the outlets consulted, the offerings appear in a few addresses, with distinct profiles. This is a description of what has been published, not an assessment.

Estaleiro Restaurante, serving fish and seafood, in Jardim Oceania, was cited by Paraíba Business in its Sunday lunch itinerary from September 13, 2026. In an August 8, 2026 guide, the same outlet featured SEA Rooftop, in Bessa, for its panoramic view of the waterfront and live music.

Ville des Plantes, an open-air mall on Rua Prefeito Joaquim Gonçalves de Assis, in Jardim Oceania, brings together two other restaurants. Moman Restaurante and Abô Botânica e Café took part in the Paraíba Restaurant Week, held from March 26 to April 26, 2026. In the August 8 guide, Moman was cited for a short rib dish, an open bar and a kids' space, and Abô for specialty coffees, light meals and a gift shop.
